Rubén Torres Llorca was born in Havana in 1958. He has been exhibited in museums and galleries worldwide, including the Cuban Pavilion at the XX Bienal De Sao Paulo. He studied at the Escuela Nacional de Bellas Artes “San Alejandro” followed by the Instituto Superior de Arte (ISA). He has lived in Havana, Mexico City, and now Miami and New York City.
